Saheel Al-Mortajez Company's history began in 2003 with "Adhwaa' Al-Hadbaa" bureau, founded by Mr. Emad Mohammed Hasan Al-Hussein. The company expanded, becoming "Enan Al-Sakeb Company" in 2009, with Mr. Al-Hussein as Managing Director from 2010 to 2013. Operations included construction, electrical, and mechanical projects, focusing on energy infrastructure across Iraqi governorates.

In 2013, the company moved to Baghdad, establishing "Saheel Al-Mortajez Company." This shift specialized in energy services, expanding operations across Iraq, with branches in Erbil and Nineveh. The company aims for further expansion.

Saheel Al-Mortajez Company specializes in energy services, engineering, construction, and commercial activities.
Established under Mr. Emad Mohammed Hasan Al-Hussein, the company was officially registered on October 7th 2013, with certificate number 02-000084885.
It holds an "Excellent" rating and is licensed for general trade, including import and export, adhering to Commercial Law No. 30 of 1984.
The company is a member of several associations.
Energy Services were added, approved under Act No. 11683 on April 21, 2014.
Saheel Al-Mortajez Company holds the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The Managing Director holds a Diploma Certificate in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management (P.M.P), obtained from the Wave Business Foundation in 2017, and a Business Management Program certificate from The Research and Studies Center of the General Secretariat of the Arab Economic Unity Council in the same year.
The Managing Director has achieved a Certificate of Training of Trainers (TOT) in 2019.
The company expanded to include agricultural and livestock production and supply, with the name change under Decision No. (8514) dated 31/3/2024.
